Ready to get started? Let’s find out where you are now. Then we can identify where you want to go.
How did you become familiar with Dave Ramsey?
Dave is well known in our industry. Over the years, I have read his works and studied his philosophies. His teachings align well with we believe are good financial practices. It makes good sense to manage debt, save for education and retirement, and have an emergency cushion, all while giving back to your community. We adjust these core values to your unique financial situation.
What kind of experience do you have?
I am a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, Practitioner (CFP®) and CERTIFIED FINANCIAL TRANSITIONIST® (CeFT®) with more than twenty years of experience in the industry. I want to have as many tools in my toolbox as possible to help my clients. That’s why I go through the rigorous process of earning the certifications. I continue to develop these advanced skills so I can best assist my clients, whatever their financial situation.
I have worked with many different people in various stages of life transition to a stable financial future. Everyone experiences milestones, both good and less positive, along the way. I’ve guided people through inheritance, retirement, selling a successful business and other windfalls. I’ve also led clients through major changes such as moving, divorce, disability, prolonged illness and losing a spouse.
No two transitions are the same. I work with you as you experience these changes and help you come through the other side with a successful outcome. We’ll identify and structure your goals. Most people want to save for education, retirement and emergencies in a tax efficient way. I can also help you protect your assets from creditors, an ex-spouse or lawsuits. Many of my clients donate to organizations in their communities in an ongoing basis while others choose to bestow gifts later. We do our best to help you successfully navigate your transition to a secure future.
What will we talk about in our first meeting?
I want to get to know you as a person. Every individual has a different situation and goals. It’s important to identify your biggest concerns and what you imagine is a successful outcome.
During this initial consultation, it’s important that you assess us as well. If both parties agree that we will have a positive collaboration, we’ll outline a plan for our relationship.
